Antique Stone Garden Planters.
Why buy expensive antique stone garden planters when you can buy new stone planters and age and weather them to make them look antique for a fraction of the price of stone planters bought from a reclamation yard or antiques dealer. A lot of the so-called antique stone pots and planters are not as old as the sellers claim them to be.
For instance, I have seen so-called antique stone planters for sale that say, made in the 1920s, when I know for a fact that the mould that was used to make the planter in question was not made until the 1990s, I know who made the original mould, the same person made most of my dry-cast stone moulds.
